Our return policy is very simple, we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit.

 

  • You can change or return an item an item within 14 calender days from the date you received it.
  • All SALE items are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a change or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will change it or refund after inspecting the item.
  • Please keep your proof of shipment until the refund has been made.
  • If you want to change your order with a different size, please e-mail our team first to ask if the size you want is still available. Due to alot of demand, our sets are selling very quickly.
  • Please send us an email in advance to make sure the address is worded correctly.
  • You have to send your item to the address here below and e-mail your track and trace code to info@rinnegoonz.com :

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
